• Take one tablet each day, around the same time. You can take it before or after food.

• Use water to swallow the tablet. Avoid taking Istin with grapefruit juice, as it can affect how the medicine works.

• If you forget a dose, just skip it and take the next one as normal. Don’t take two tablets at once to make up for it.

• Keep taking Istin for as long as your doctor tells you to – don’t stop suddenly, even if you feel better, as your condition may return.
