Throughout October, UK Meds were proud to support Colchester United striker Lyle Taylor in his goal of raising awareness for breast cancer through his Pink October campaign.

For every goal Lyle scored for Colchester or internationally with Montserrat during the month of October, UK Meds pledged to donate to his Cancer Research UK ‘Pink October’ page.

We are therefore proud to announce a donation of £600 to Cancer Research UK thanks to Lyle’s two goals scored in October.

No stranger to fundraising, this is the fifth time that Lyle has supported Cancer Research UK, for whom he has raised over £78,000. In 2024, Lyle has raised over £2,400, and you are still able to donate to get this number even higher.

Comment from Joe Soiza (Managing Director of UK Meds:

Managing Director of UK Meds Joe Soiza said:

“It is a privilege to donate to such a great cause. As Nottingham Forest fans, we are very familiar with Lyle, so to continue to support him, especially for such a good cause, is great.”

    Comment from Lyle Taylor:

“UK Meds have supported me in my Pink October campaign since I joined Nottingham Forest and it came to their attention. I appreciate their support in helping me push this message as far and wide as possible! Thank you UK Meds! I appreciate your team!”
